For iWALL® ODIN composite series, standard gypsum boards, reinforced gypsum boards, moisture resistant gypsum boards and Osb serve as substrate. In the bottom layer, Rock Wool, Glass Wool, Polyurethane Foam, Eps and Xps are laminated to form composite boards. Various insulation products are laminated in different thicknesses onto the support components. This provides dozens of alternatives in type and size.

It offers a significant cost and speed advantage as it is applied directly to plastered and non-plastered surfaces, besides wall and ceiling components, reaching the finishing level. After bonding with gypsum/plaster mortar, which is used for partial fixing, installation is carried out using dowels. After complete drying, a coat of gypsum, plaster or wallpaper is applied to the last layer and the construction of the insulated wall is complete.

Depending on the type of detail to be used, the desired criteria are met by using Standard White Gypsum Board in general common areas, Water Resistant Green Gypsum Board in wet areas, Fire Resistant Red Gypsum Board in common areas where fire resistance of 60 to 120 min is required, Guardex / Boardex Board in facade applications, as well as Osb in interior and wooden structures.
